戶賀清是誰？

富樫憲治（Kenji Togashi）是一位在日本大阪堺工作的鍛造鍛冶師。他出生於1950年代，確切年份並無記載。

他於1996年被認定為鍛冶部門的傳統工藝士。如今他是富樫打刃物製作所（株式会社富樫打刃物製作所）的負責人，這是堺的一間獨立鍛造工坊。
