誰設計了柴田崇行鋼鐵系列的刀具？

柴田崇行。刀尖的斜角造型靈感來自鐵甲戰艦的艦首；刀背經拋光處理，便於以捏握法持刀，而刀面則保留些許粗糙質感，以利食材脫落。設計目標在於追求「切味」（kire aji）——也就是切割時的手感。
