Care Instruction
  1. Don't cut hard things! Japanese knives are brittle so bone hacking is a NO NO!
  2. Wash with neutral detergent after use, and wipe dry;
  3. Please don't wash knife with dishwasher, it will damage the wood handle;
  4. Be careful not to leave the knife close to a heat source for a long time;
  5. It is a lot more dangerous to cut with a blunt knife than a sharp knife!
  6. It is best to sharpen a Japanese knife regularly on a waterstone.

非常榮幸終於能為大家揭開這個久違的秘密：Hatsukokoro Sentan 白色2號不鏽鋼包層中式菜刀。我個人參與Hatsukokoro這個計畫已經一年多了。 

你可能知道，市面上「能用」的中式菜刀並不多。優質的Sujimotos（4006、OMS6）體型很大，價格昂貴，而CCK（中式刀）則很軟。傳統中式菜刀的另一個缺點是，它們大部分（如果不是全部的話）都是鐵包覆的，而且很容易生鏽。更不用說很多菜刀根本切不動。 

我們需要一些東西來處理所有這些問題！

答案是：Sentan Cleaver（仙丹切肉刀）。這東西是中國人打造的，誰知道呢？它可是一把真正的薄切刀，重量不到300克，切土豆的效果和任何頂級日本Gyuots一樣好。
