日野浦刃物工坊有多少年歷史？

鍛造工坊的歷史可追溯至1905年，當時家族第一代在舊味方村（旧味方村）創立了工坊。第二代於1957年從本家獨立出來，在三條設立了鍛造工坊（日野浦刃物製作所），並於1991年更名為日野浦刃物工房。

家族商號「味方屋」自1982年起使用，其名稱正是源自創始村莊。
