Keijiro Doi 是誰？

土井敬次郎（Keijiro Doi）是日本大阪堺的鍛造師。他曾在青木刃物的三寶工場（三宝工場）鍛造，該工場正是堺孝行品牌背後的工坊。

青木刃物官方的職人介紹頁面將他譽為大師級工匠，也是土井逸夫（土井逸夫）師承的父親。土井敬次郎於2017年11月12日辭世，享壽90歲。
