堺源伯鳳本燒柳刃刀 360mm
這把罕見的 360mm 本燒柳刃刀是由源界正國鍛造而成。刀上刻有較早期的「堺源伯鳳」銘,代表這是源界還在堺市時期的作品。也就是說,這是一把超過 40 年前鍛造的刀,那時波紋/富士山刃紋尚未流行。
「堺源伯鳳」是研磨師伯井實所用的品牌名稱,刀身則由源界鍛造。
這是來自雪梨頂級日本餐廳知名主廚的寄售品。
Care Instruction
- Don't cut hard things! Japanese knives are brittle so bone hacking is a NO NO!
- Wash with neutral detergent after use, and wipe dry;
- Please don't wash knife with dishwasher, it will damage the wood handle;
- Be careful not to leave the knife close to a heat source for a long time;
- It is a lot more dangerous to cut with a blunt knife than a sharp knife!
