    這個系列的價格較低,可以與其他黑打處理的刀具媲美,但其性能與做工依然相當不錯。拋光處理(Migaki)的表面看起來相當均勻,刀刃的分界線也清晰分明。不過需要特別說明的是,刀根和刀背並未經過拋光,使用時會有些刮手,刀刃上也有明顯的磨痕,因此我們以優惠價格販售,以反映這些情況。

    表現讓我有點驚喜。這系列的刀片切割效果和同價位的其他產品一樣好,而且你還能享受到白二鋼容易研磨、能打磨出薄刃的特性。我認為這主要歸功於開刃工藝,這些刀的食材脫離效果相當不錯,常常在切完馬鈴薯片的時候,頂部會自動從刀身脫落。

    1. Don't cut hard things! Japanese knives are brittle so bone hacking is a NO NO!
    2. Wash with neutral detergent after use, and wipe dry;
    3. Please don't wash knife with dishwasher, it will damage the wood handle;
    4. Be careful not to leave the knife close to a heat source for a long time;
    5. It is a lot more dangerous to cut with a blunt knife than a sharp knife!
    6. It is best to sharpen a Japanese knife regularly on a waterstone.
