這把舊藏玄海正國本燒先丸蛸引是極為罕見的珍品——來自二十多年前的日本工藝傑作。刀根上刻有早期的玄海正國(Genkai Masakuni)印記,刀身上的直線刃文(hamon)清楚展現其年代感,當時每一把刀都是以極高的用心小量鍛造。
採用高級白鋼,傳統本燒(honyaki)工法製作,這把 270mm 先丸蛸引擁有堺本燒刀特有的俐落、銳利與精緻手感。直線刃文(hamon)簡潔、靜謐而美麗,唯有大師級熱處理才能達成。
為呼應刀身,此刀配以染色穩定化捲曲楓木握柄及鞘。豐富的色澤與鮮明木紋,與潔淨鋼材形成強烈對比,整體展現出傳統與現代藝術的和諧。

Care Instruction
- Don't cut hard things! Japanese knives are brittle so bone hacking is a NO NO!
- Wash with neutral detergent after use, and wipe dry;
- Please don't wash knife with dishwasher, it will damage the wood handle;
- Be careful not to leave the knife close to a heat source for a long time;
- It is a lot more dangerous to cut with a blunt knife than a sharp knife!
- It is best to sharpen a Japanese knife regularly on a waterstone. Error: Steel nature unknown
