1. Overview

The K&S Rewards Program (“the Program”) is operated by Yuchen Trading Pty Ltd trading as Knives and Stones (“K&S,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How It Works

The K&S Rewards Program allows members to earn reward points (“Points”) from eligible purchases made through our online or in-store platforms. These Points can be converted into K&S Reward Coupons (“Coupons”), which can be used toward future purchases.

3. Earning Points

• Members will earn Points for each eligible purchase made under their account.
  
• The value of the Points corresponds to 5% of the purchase price once converted to a Coupon.
  
• Points are credited to your account after an order is successfully completed and paid in full.
  

4. Redeeming Points

• Points may be converted into Coupons via your customer account dashboard
• Coupons can be applied at checkout toward eligible purchases.
• Once Points are converted to Coupons, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged back into Points or cash equivalents.
  

5. Combining Discounts

• K&S Reward Coupons can be stacked with other active discounts, promotions, or coupon codes, unless otherwise specified in individual campaign terms.
  

6. Expiry

• All unredeemed Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
  
• Expired Points cannot be reinstated or extended under any circumstances.
  

7. Refunds and Returns

• Coupons are non-refundable.
  
• If a purchase made with a Coupon is returned or refunded, the Coupon value will not be reinstated or credited in any form, including store credit.
• Essentially, coupons are gone as soon as it is used, unless the product is defect and warrant a replacement, the coupon will not be reinstated.
  

8. Program Adjustments and Cancellations

• Knives and Stones reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the K&S Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
  
• We may cancel or adjust Points or Coupons if fraudulent activity, misuse, or errors are detected.
  

9. Limitation of Liability

Knives and Stones is not responsible for any technical errors, system outages, or delays in Points or Coupon processing. Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By earning or redeeming Points, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
