Where is Tsukasa Hinoura based?

Tsukasa Hinoura is based in Sanjo, Niigata, Japan, where he heads the workshop Hinoura Hamono Koubou (日野浦刃物工房). The family forge has stood in the Sanjo area since the second generation established it there, and it took its present name in 1991.
