Kenji Togashi (富樫憲治) is based in Sakai, Osaka, Japan. Sakai City's register of traditional craftspeople records him alongside his company, Togashi Uchihamono (株式会社富樫打刃物製作所), a forge in Sakai.

He is the current head of that workshop.
