Who makes Sakai Takayuki Hien knives?

The Hien 飛燕 series in Sakai Takayuki's Four Gods lineup is forged by Itsuo Doi. The maker's own page credits him by name: Yasugi Aogami #2 steel, a katana-evoking form, and forging technique passed down over three generations.
